Located in the heart of downtown Mint Hill, this community is full of charm and all your needs are within a few steps. Literally! Whether it be grocery stores, restaurants, hardware store, banking facilities, public library, ABC store, beer and wine bars, nail salon, dog grooming, town hall.......it's there, ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE! It is a mixed community of Single Family Homes and townhomes with around 360+ residents. The neighborhood features a few dog parks, double sidewalks, and a small greenway for your excercise entertainment. The community is well taken care of and most of the homes are that Saussy Burbank porch style. However, there have been a number of builders through the years, but they have all kept in line with the style of the neighborhood. Needless to say, We LOVE Brighton Park!!
